The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* A subject was in custody on suspicion of domestic assault pending formal charges.
* Parris D. Harrison, 18, Alex J. Henry, 21, and Greg E. Starks, 26, all of 1500 N. West End Blvd., were arrested on suspicion of robbery, burglary and armed criminal action.
* Daniel M. Lawrence, 31, 3007 Wisteria Drive, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear.
* Dustin L. Kollars, 27, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
* Ruben D. Navarro, 21, 510 N. Fountain St., No. 4, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
* Clarance E. Smith, 43, 537 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for warrant of commitment.
* Edward E. Sutton, 29, 1004 Maple St., was arrested on warrants for failure to register as a sex offender in Cape Girardeau County, for failure to appear for no insurance and failure to yield after stopping, and for failure to appear for unlawful use of a dumpster.
* Emannuel T. Harris, 31, 1704 Bloomfield, was arrested on suspicion of disturbing the peace.
* Angela D. Hancock, 34, of Scott City was arrested on a parole violation for absconder.
* Monica Leona Dian Abraham, 25, 3030 Mimosa Drive, No. 16, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear on two parking ticket violations.
* Quinton W. Headrick Jr., 41, 1323 Brenda Kay Court Apt. C, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for harassment.
* Samemia C. Twiggs, 26, homeless, was arrested on suspicion of distribution of a controlled substance, prostitution, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Robert K. Scott, 47, 629 North St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation.
* Bryant T. Rodgers, 34, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on a Mississippi County warrant for a probation violation for fraudulent use of a credit device.
* Harassment was reported.

* A domestic assault was reported.
Rape
* A statutory rape was reported.
Robbery
* A robbery was reported.
Burglary
* A burglary was reported
Theft
* Money was reported stolen at 2001 William St.
* Merchandise was reported stolen from Wal-Mart, 3034 William St.
* Theft of gasoline was reported at Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway.
* Identity theft was reported.
* Auffenberg Kia, 611 S. Kingshighway, reported the theft of a silver 2007 Honda Civic.
* Theft of a bag and contents was reported at 1448 N. Kingshighway.
* Theft of gasoline was reported at Rhodes 101, 2109 William St.
* Theft of gasoline was reported at Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St.
