Arrests Jamie N. Lamburth, 24, of 1115 N. Spanish, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
Kelly D. Smith, 37, of 1621 N. First St., St. Louis, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
Jerry D. Sturgeon, 47, of 16172 Highway F, Dudley, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
Otis D. Rutherford, 17, of 630 S. Benton, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
Randall J. Hanstein, 23, of 2509 State St., Granite City, Ill., was arrested Wednesday on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.
Garren W. Brown, 22, of 337 N. Park, No. 1, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
Reba K. Anderson, 17, of 1911 W. Weissinger, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Patrick J. Nissen, 38, of 1735 Oakley, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
Clarence D. Lowe, 36, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of stealing.
Thefts Welding lenses were reported stolen Wednesday by Air Gas at 844 S. Kingshighway.
Stealing was reported Wednesday by Famous Barr at 100 West Park Mall. A 15-year-old female was cited to juvenile court in connection with the complaint.
A radio was reported stolen Thursday at 1260 Marilyn Drive.
Jackson
Miscellaneous Fraud was reported Thursday at the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
A disturbance was reported Wednesday at the 2100 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
A peace disturbance was reported Wednesday at the 800 block of Corrine Street.
A domestic dispute was reported Wednesday at the 800 block of Andrew Street.
