The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of possession of tobacco by a minor at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.

* Charles E. Depauw, 26, 620 Napa Circle, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for a parole violation and failure to appear for stealing.

* Leah R. Holder, 31, 1021 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

* David J. Best, 31, 245 N. Park Ave., was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for forgery.

* Zachary C. Pullam, 23, 99 S. Park Ave., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court.

* Two subjects are in custody pending formal charges on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* A subject is in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault and property damage.

Summonses

* Patrice M. Jones, 31, received a summons for a leash-law violation.

Thefts

* BiState, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

* BiState, 920 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.

* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported a laptop, computer accessories and razor blades stolen. A subject is in custody pending formal charges in connection to the incident.

* A 63-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 23-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* Kaylee D. Bradley, 19, of Scott City was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

* Cynthia B. Bradley, age not given, 125 Deerwood Drive, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

* Amos H. Locklear, 26, 714 Goodson Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possessing methamphetamine.

* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for failure to appear.
