DWI

* Ryan C. Bryant, 20, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene and failure to yield.

* Kenneth D. Tilley, 39, 428 Wellington St., Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* A subject is in custody pending formal charges on suspicion of driving while revoked.

* A subject is in custody pending formal charges of unlawful use of a concealable firearm.

* A subject is in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

* Jeremiah R. Twiggs, 26, 445 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Anna M. Pickett, 22, 605 N. Spanish St., Apt. B, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Giles Triplett Jr., 26, 719 William St., was arrested on suspicion of sexual assault and domestic assault.

* Raymond D. Garner, 44, 1927 N. Kingshighway, Apt. 2, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Rachel N. Strunk, 18, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* A Brittany A. Rysdam, 17, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Jesse A. Logan Jr., 24, 2826 Hopper Road, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for child restraint.

* Brandy Jo McAdams, 31, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.

* Tasha S. King, 27, 418 Themis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for prohibited acts.

* Jamie L. Davis, 42, 40 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a warrant.

* Stanford D. Stucker, 31, 521 Koch St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia, no seat belt and driving an unlicensed vehicle with expired plates.

Summonses

* Edward R. Curtis, 35, 2826 Hopper Road, received a summons for failure to maintain property at 624 N. Fountain St.

* Stephanie Payne, 24, 637 E. Jefferson St., received a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Larry G. Smith, 43, of Marble Hill, Mo., received a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 600 block of East Jefferson Street.
