Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

  • Broderick Dion Furlow, 37, 324 N. Lorimier St., Apt. 5, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident.

Arrests

  • Kyle Madden, 19, 1003 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation and a Scott City warrant for failure to appear.
  • James Emery David Hayden, 30, 2834 Whitener St., Apt. 5, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
  • Angelisa Graham Arenas, 27, 2919 Hawthorne Road, was arrested on suspicion of third-degree domestic assault.
  • Tonya Nadine Sinn, 24, 2843 Whitener St., Apt. 3, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
  • David Hunt, 25, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation, a Scott County warrant for endangering the welfare of a child, a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated and traffic offenses, and an Illinois warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.
  • A subject was in custody pending formal charges of driving while revoked, no insurance and unlicensed vehicle.

Assault

  • Third-degree assault was reported.

Thefts

  • Gasoline was reported stolen at 1624 N. Kingshighway.
  • Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen twice.
  • BP, 3276 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Jaspers, 407 Morgan Oak St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.

Burglary

  • A burglary was reported.

Property damage

  • Cape Regency Management reported property damage at 141 N. Silver Springs Road.

Miscellaneous

  • A parked vehicle was reported struck by an unknown vehicle at 639 Limbaugh Lane.
  • Interference with custody was reported.
  • Protective custody was reported.
  • Harassment was reported.
  • Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported at 121 S. Sprigg St.
  • Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported at 3439 William St.
  • Failure to maintain property free of trash and litter was reported.
  • Failure to provide sterilization of a dog was reported.
  • A 27-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
  • Possession of a controlled substance was reported.
