Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Darcell C. Moore, 19, of 1080 S. Ellis St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court.
• Christopher M. Johnson, 21, of 531 Boxwood Drive, No. 6, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court.
• Bryan K. Burchyett, 44, of 101 S. Lorimier St., Apt. A., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for criminal nonsupport.
• Leonard McAdory Jr., 32, of 623 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
• Robin L. Piercy, 25, of 122 Bellevue St., Apt. 1, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

Assault

• A domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

• Jaspers, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported a theft of gasoline.
• Security Finance, 125 S. Broadview St., reported a theft of currency.
• A forgery was reported.
• Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
• Jaspers, 1008 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
• A borrowed vehicle was reported unreturned at 234 N. Lorimier St., No. 4.
• Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
• Kidds, 1325 Broadway, reported a theft of gasoline.
• Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported two thefts of gasoline.
• Forgery was reported at 3049 William St.
• Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported at 1301 N. Kingshighway, Suite 1.
• Wheels and tires from a vehicle were reported stolen at 500 Aquamsi St.

Summonses

• David C. Epps, 55, of 312 W. Lorimier St., received a summons for failure to maintain property free of trash and litter.
• Ginger A. Ewing, 48, of 925 S. Ellis St., received a summons for littering.
• Brittany D. Newson, of 508 Cape Meadows Circle, No. 27, received a summons for no insurance.
• Jennifer L. Gosche, of 137 S. Louisiana Ave., received a summons for no proof of insurance.

Property damage

• Damage to a vehicle and stolen amplifier equipment were reported at 820 N. Sprigg St.
• A window was reported broken at 522 S. Ellis St.,
• A vehicle window was reported damaged at 234 Broadway.

• An ex parte violation was reported.
• A request for service was reported.

Arrests

• Michele L. Mungle, 59, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation passing bad checks.
• Christopher L. Brown, 30, of Jackson was arrested on a warrant for probation violation for forgery/nonsupport.
• Randy L. Sinn, 46, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence.
• Robert L. Hardy, 57, Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while under the influence and failure to signal.
• Jamie R. Mancillas, 31, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of failure to register as a sex offender.
