Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Andrew J. Wuch, 2435 Travelers Way, Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

• Charmaine Edwards, 18, 1002 Sturdivant St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
• Darcus Purl, 35, 301 Mill St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.
• Jamie Dwayne Jackson, 1903 Sapphire Lane, was arrested on an Illinois warrant for failure to appear.
• A juvenile was cited into juvenile court for being beyond parental control.

Burglaries

• Jewelry was reported stolen from 1107 Hilldale Circle.
• Jewelry was reported stolen from 2865 Hopper Road.

Thefts

• Jaspers, 108 N. Kingshighway, reported the theft of fuel.
• J.C. Penney, 3049 William St., reported the theft of clothing.
• Claire's Boutique, 3049 William St., reported the theft of jewelry.

Miscellaneous

• Property damage was reported at 140 N. Henderson St.

• Ashley C. Johle, 24, 348 Whetstone Way, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speeding.

Arrests

• Kevin S. Gordon, 42, P.O. Box 165, Charleston, Mo., was arrested on a Mississippi County warrant.

Assault

• An assault was reported in the 200 block of South Georgia Street.

Thefts

• A theft was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
• A theft was reported in the 4500 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• A theft was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.

Burglary

• A burglary was reported in the 600 block of Broadridge Drive.

• Property was found in the 600 block of Jefferson Street.
• A liquor violation was reported on North High Street.
