Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Kenneth D. Tilley, 39, 428 Wellington St., Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Richard S. Fletcher, 33, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Thomas P. Klockenkemper, 43, 40 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of first-degree trespassing.

* Clarence E. Geiger, 20, 317 Mill St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing and assault.

Thefts

* An iPod was reported stolen at 812 N. Missouri Ave.

* Arts Council of Southeast Missouri, 32 N. Main St., reported theft and fraudulent use of a credit device.

Miscellaneous

* A runaway juvenile was reported.

* Michael E. Kramer, 22, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Richard T. Reed, 55, 160 Iris Lane, was arrested on suspicion of disturbing the peace, assault and a court order violation.

* Kasey A. Reddick, 20, of Oran, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

Summonses

* Joseph W. Ridings, 33, of Marble Hill, Mo., received a summons for failure to register.

* Tammy R. Eads, 50, 1400 S. West End Blvd., received a summons for failure to display plates.

* Kimberly D. Hottes, of Advance, Mo., received a summons for failure to register.

* Jonathan K. Compas, 27, 2989 County Road 651, Cape Girardeau, received a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign.
