Arrests
William R. Edward, 51, of 6235 County Road 621, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a St. Francois County warrant for passing a bad check.
Darcus T. Purl, 30, of 301 Mill St., Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
Darrell M. Isaac, 19, of 103 Clark, No. 102, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and minor in possession of alcohol.
Delfino G. Peralta, 19, of 2866 Themis, No. 1, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on suspicion of leaving the scene of an accident, following to closely and no license.
Karen A. Bess, 34, of 45 S. West End Blvd., Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of stealing.
Michael E. Green, 27, of 109 Centennial, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.
Nathan E. Smith, 22, of 411 S. Frederick, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on a Scott County warrant for probation violation.
Jessica R. Ruffin, 18, of 1005 Jefferson, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.
Summons
Larenzo D. Braxton, 18, of 3103 Laurel Lane, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Thursday for tampering.
Thefts
Assorted jewelry, a watch and money were reported stolen Wednesday at 3269 Hopper Road.
A wallet and its contents were reported stolen Wednesday at 19 S. Kingshighway.
Theft was reported Wednesday at 321 N. Sprigg.
A camera was reported stolen and a vehicle window broken Thursday at 415 Bellevue.
Several miscellaneous items were reported stolen Thursday at 2815 S. Sprigg by three different victims. Taken were clothing, a neon sign, a red skill saw, an electric saw, a circular saw, a mini refrigerator, DVDs, a tool box, a backpack and a travel bag.
A vehicle window was reported broken and a stereo CD player stolen Thursday at 1116 West Mount Drive.
A book bag and its contents were reported stolen Thursday at 1949 Delwin.
Money was reported stolen Thursday by Hibbitt Sports at 2136 William.
A Missouri license plate bearing 910-WCF was reported stolen Thursday at 402 S. Kingshighway.
Gasoline was reported stolen Thursday by Rhodes 101 at 1126 N. Sprigg.

A bad check was reported Friday by Wal-Mart at 3439 William.
A forged check was reported Wednesday by Traylor Brothers Inc. at 411 Shawnee Parkway.
Forged checks were reported Wednesday by Smoker's Outlet at 2116 William.

An animal bite was reported Wednesday at the 300 block of North Clark.
Burglary
A burglary was reported Wednesday by United Auto. A building window was broken and a steering column was damaged.

A vehicle was reported scratched Wednesday at 118 N. Main.
