* Jacob Thomas Kimball, 19, 1767 Northwoods Court, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.

* Chris J. Renn, 37, 211 Mason St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a seat-belt violation and on a Dunklin County warrant for statutory rape.

* Amanda J. Keaton, 25, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of possessing drug paraphernalia.

* Matthew D. Martin, 31, 2003 Concord Place, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a parole violation.

* Brandi S. Adams, 22, of Pocohontas, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.

* Gene A. Parrow, 44, 616 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear twice for no operator's license, no insurance, hand and mechanical signals, a seat-belt violation and a stop-sign violation.

* Stephanie D. Windisch, 44, 915 Ranney Ave., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for leaving the scene of an accident, suspended operator's license and driving while intoxicated.

* Jeremy T. Guyton, 24, of Hayti, Mo., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants failure to appear for a suspended operator's license and for contempt of court.

Thefts

* Identity theft was reported.

* Jewelry was reported stolen at 2117 Nottingham Lane.

* A Missouri license plate was reported stolen in Cape Girardeau.

* A washer and dryer were reported stolen at 1209 Cousin St.

* Rhodes 101, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

* A 13-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for stealing jewelry from Claire's Boutique, 3049 William St.

Burglary

* Monty's Manufactured Homes, 602 S. Kingshighway, reported furniture stolen.

* Jessie Y. Moreland, 24, of Farmington, Mo., received a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.

Theft
