The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Walter M. Pierce, 69, 1145 Shady Lane, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to register as a sex offender.

Summonses

* Donna Donner, 51, 45 Holly Circle, received a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Property Damage

* Property damage was reported in the 1400 block of East Main Street.

* Property damage was reported at 2900 Stotler Way.

Miscellaneous

* Property was reported lost on East Jackson Boulevard.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 800 block of Greensferry Road.
