Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Ashley Rene St. John, 19, 1236 Bertling St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* A 16-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for stealing.

* Charles Edward Oats, 54, 1060 W. Cape Rock Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for tinted windows and not showing proof of insurance.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* A wallet and a bicicyle were reported stolen at 2581 Saddlegate Court.

* A car stereo was reported stolen at 115 N. Ellis St.

* Kidds, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 519 Good Hope St. Miscellaneous

* Tampering with computer data was reported.

* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.

* A peace disturbance was reported at 107 N. Main St.

* Identity theft was reported.
