The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Travis Shantell Scales, 28, 218 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of robbery and armed criminal action.
* Eric Lavell Linningham, 20, 22 N. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of possessing marijuana, false declaration, driving with a suspended license and speeding.
* Cyle Anthony Smith, 19, of Pulaski, Ill., was arrested on two counts of domestic violence.
* Ryan Christopher Cook, 22, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of burglary.
* Jose Alberto Cruz, 18, 620 Boxwood Drive, Apt. B, was arrested on suspicion of burglary.
* Ponciano Lupe Garcia, 24, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of burglary.
* Jo Anne Barajas, 32, of Scott City, was arrested on suspicion of assault and resisting detention.
* DVDs, video games, a guitar and an amplifier were reported stolen at 41 S. Hanover St., where a door was also reported damaged.
* Sonic, 2126 Broadway, reported a window broken and also a cash box with money stolen.
* Subway, 246 S. Silver Springs Road, reported a lock box, with money and key inside, stolen.
* Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway, reported a counterfeit $100 bill.
* MERS Goodwill, 250 S. Silver Springs Road, reported watches stolen.
The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Summonses
* Christopher Kuehnel, 20, of Marble Hill, Mo., received a summons for failure to wear a seat belt.
* Zachary Laid, 20, 855 Aaron Drive, received a summons for failure to maintain insurance, register a motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana under 35 grams.
* A theft was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
* A theft was reported in the 1800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
* A burglary was reported at 4900 E. Old Cape Road.
* Property damage was reported in the 700 block of Mulberry Street.
* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 2100 block of Bainbridge Road.
