Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Cedric John Lucious, 20, 1020 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fines.
• Misty Renay McIntyre, 23, 1012 N. Frederick St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to pay fines; delivery or concealment of contraband; and no hand or mechanical signals, no license, improper registration and no seat belt.
• Alex Vernon Watkins, 28, 519 Amethyst St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
• Robert Allen Mancillas, 34, 611 La Petite Court, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
• David Glenn Farris, 21, 221 Greenbrier Drive, Apt. A, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

Summons

• Leroy Daniel Wren, 46, 820 S. Sprigg St., received a summons for unlawful use of a weapon.

Miscellaneous

• A woman, age unknown, was taken into protective custody in the 300 block of North Sprigg Street.
• A 42-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
• A 26-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
• A 52-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
