  • Harry D. Sloan, 17, 523 N. Middle St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, minor in possession by consumption and stealing.
  • Mark A. Killman, 23, 2408 Windy Hill Lane, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for speeding.
  • Debra M. Logan, 24, 5363 Gladstone Place, Apt. D, St. Louis, was arrested on seven Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for leaving the scene of an accident; no insurance; failure to secure a vehicle; failure to appear for no operator's license; no seat belt; no insurance; leaving the scene of an accident; and failure to yield.
  • Christopher L. Harrington, 34, 614 Terry Lane, was arrested on a Mississippi state warrant for probation violation.
  • A 16-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for being beyond parental control.
  • A subject was in custody pending the filing for formal charges for robbery, possession of a controlled substance and being a minor in possession by consumption.
  • Kevin Ryan Campbell, 24, 337 N. Park Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance.
  • Beverly Norlice Jones, 47, 629 William St., Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on two Sikeston warrants for failure to appear for driving while suspended.
  • Tomekia D. Higgins, 39, 324 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for assault.
  • Jonathan K. Lewis, 19, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for probation violation for assault.
  • A subject is in custody pending formal charges for fraudulent attempt to obtain a controlled substance.
  • A subject is in custody for fraudulent attempt to obtain a prescription.
  • William T. Tolbert, 21, of Advance, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for no operator's license.
  • A juvenile, 15, was cited into juvenile court for robbery and armed criminal action.
  • A juvenile, 16, was cited into juvenile court on a warrant arrest.
  • A subject is in custody pending filing of formal charges for domestic assault.
  • Arthur S. Terry, 21, of Miller City, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of false declaration, operating a vehicle with a suspended license and failure to stop at posted sign.
  • Kevin L. Stallings, 34, of Liberty, Mo., was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for contempt of court.
  • A subject is in custody pending filing of formal charges for failure to equip vehicle with license plate light, possession of controlled substance with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Stefan A. Mehner, 17, 1903 Monterey St., was arrested on supsicion of possesstion of a controlled substance.
  • James A. Davis, 50, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to pay fine for stealing.
  • Danica C. Woods, 19, 1427 Price Drive, and Jaqueline R. Evans, 19, 444 Marie St., were arrested on suspicion of stealing.

Assault

  • A domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

  • Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported the theft of gasoline.
  • A Missouri license plate, 323-ZTL, was reported stolen from a car at 234 N. Lorimier St.
  • A wallet was reported stolen at 315 Shirley Drive.
  • Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A purse was reported stolen from 2500 Spartech Drive.
  • A 1999 Chevy Cavalier was reported stolen.
  • Cash was reported stolen at 2818 Themis St.
  • Rhodes, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline

Property damage

  • A vehicle window was reported damaged at 2102 William St.
  • A vehicle was reported damaged at 3439 William St.

  • Harassment by phone was reported. Thomas P. Klockenkemper, 41, 105 N. Clark Ave., Apt. 204, was issued a summons in connection with the incident.
  • A runaway juvenile was reported.

  • Wendy's, 35 S. Kingshighway, reported a counterfeiting incident.
  • Harassment was reported.
  • Trespassing was reported.
