The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
- Jamoris B. Nunley, 26, 807 Ranney Ave., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to display proof of insurance, no license and no license plate light.
Arrests
- Duante Jourdan Smith, 30, 447 N. Main St., was arrested on a New Madrid County warrant for failure to appear.
- Charles Anthony Moore Jr., 28, 3002 Themis St., No. 33, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
- Dalton Ray Miller, 17, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing a Bluetooth device from Sears Grand, 330 Siemers Drive.
- James A. Davis, 51, 320 W. Commercial St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
- Jessica Jocelyn Sanders, 17, of Allenville was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault.
- A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges for third-degree assault.
