DWI

  • Jamoris B. Nunley, 26, 807 Ranney Ave., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to display proof of insurance, no license and no license plate light.

Arrests

  • Duante Jourdan Smith, 30, 447 N. Main St., was arrested on a New Madrid County warrant for failure to appear.
  • Charles Anthony Moore Jr., 28, 3002 Themis St., No. 33, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
  • Dalton Ray Miller, 17, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing a Bluetooth device from Sears Grand, 330 Siemers Drive.
  • James A. Davis, 51, 320 W. Commercial St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
  • Jessica Jocelyn Sanders, 17, of Allenville was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault.
  • A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges for third-degree assault.

  • Christian Michael Fritz, 43, 322 S. Ellis St., was issued a summons for leash-law violation.

  • Four instances of domestic assault were reported.
  • A rape was reported.

Stealing

  • A wallet was reported stolen at 1625 N. Kingshighway.
  • Patio furniture, an air compressor and a grill were reported stolen at 1633 Thilenius St.
  • Furniture was reported damaged and photographs stolen at 412 Sheridan Drive, Apt. B.
  • Beer was reported stolen at 1238 Meadowbrook Drive, Apt. A.
  • A vehicle was reported damaged and speakers taken at 1606 Good Hope St.
  • A black Jeep Cherokee was reported stolen at 353 S. Kingshighway.
  • Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kings-highway, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A TV and DVD player were reported stolen at 231 S. Spanish St.

  • Endangering the welfare of a child was reported.
  • Check forgery was reported at 2007 Independence St.
  • Check forgery was reported.
  • False declaration and hindering prosecution were reported.
  • Check forgery was reported at U Kwik Shop, 1700 Broadway.
  • Tampering with a vehicle was reported at 211 Saint Francis Drive.
  • Interference with custody was reported.
  • Second-degree arson was reported at 319 S. Middle St.
  • A 17-year-old girl was taken into protective custody at 617 N. Spanish St.
