Arrests

  • Jennifer L. Miller, 31, 2700 Pioneer Drive, No. 173, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for fraud or insufficient funds and issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Terry M. Craft, 24, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for domestic assault.
  • Allen R. Walker Jr., 19, 805 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for noise disturbance.
  • Sean C. Shipley, 33, of Imperial, Mo., was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant for domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon, and a parole violation.
  • Orenthal J. McCluney, 26, 431 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to maintain property free of litter.
  • Barry E. Brueggeman, 27, of Quincy, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for speeding.
  • Two 16-year-old boys were cited into juvenile court for stealing.

Summons

  • Carol Allbritton, 43, 827 N. Spanish St., was issued a summons for failure to keep property free of litter.

Thefts

  • Jewelry was reported stolen at 1236 Normal Ave.

Property damage

  • Property damage was reported at 429 N. Broadview St.

Miscellaneous

  • A 34-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
  • A 20-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
  • A 45-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

  • Kenneth R. Pear, 46, 957 W. Independence St., Lot 17, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked, domestic assault and resisting arrest.

Burglary

  • Burglary was reported in the 200 block of South Lacey Street.

Miscellaneous

  • A disturbance was reported in the 700 block of Oak Street.
  • Fraud was reported on North High Street.
  • Check fraud was reported in the 400 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

  • Kaylie L. Vantroba, 17, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of assault.
  • Samantha M. Pruitt, 17, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of being a visibly intoxicated minor.
  • Aaron D. Stroder, 23, of Oak Ridge was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
  • Ada M. Lowman, 28, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked and failure to stop at signal.
  • Jennifer L. Moore, 30, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of a child.
  • David G. Farris, 21, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of receiving stolen property.
  • Savannah N. Cole, 22, of Bell City, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of receiving stolen property.
