The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
Jason Bates, 22, of 224 N. Park Apt. 1, Cape Girardeau, received a summons for driving while intoxicated Friday in the 2300 block of Broadway.
Arrests
Reginald Carmon, 45, of Mary's Ranch, was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau municipal warrant for contempt of court and failure to appear on charges of stealing.
Nathan Arnzen, 21, of 2 Timber Stone Court, Manchester, Mo., was arrested Friday on a municipal warrant for failure to appear on seat belt charges.
Timothy Dickison, 24, of 1721 Cape Meadows No. 13, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on a warrant for contempt of court.
A person was placed in custody Saturday pending the filing of formal charges for domestic assault.
A subject was taken into custody Saturday in the 100 block of Main Street.
A person was placed in protective custody Saturday at the intersection of Independence and Ellis.
Burglary
A burglary was reported Friday at 1020 Bloomfield.
Thefts
Gas was reported stolen from BP D-Mart at 3276 William.
Stealing and assault were reported Friday at JC Penney at 200 West Park Mall. A juvenile was placed in custody in conjunction with the complaint.
Stealing was reported Friday at Famous Barr at 100 West Park Mall. A juvenile was placed in custody in conjunction with the complaint.
A white gold ring was reported stolen Friday from Rogers Jewelers at 247 West Park Mall.
A vehicle was reported stolen Saturday at 401 S. West End.
Miscellaneous
A report of misrepresentation of age by a minor and fraudulent credit card use was made Friday at 1126 N. Sprigg.
A bank card was reported found Friday at 611 S. Kingshighway.
