The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI Stavid Stuckey, 45, of 505 N. Kingshighway was arrested Friday for driving while intoxicated at Kingshighway and William.
Arrests Bart Simmons, 26, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested Friday on a municipal warrant for failing to appeal.
Alicia Portell, 31, of Arnold, Mo., was arrested Friday at Cape County Park on a Jefferson County warrant for passing bad checks.
Kevin Novak, 29, of Arnold, was arrested Friday at Cape County Park on a Jefferson County warrant for passing bad checks.
Samia Carter, no age listed, 412 North, was arrested Saturday at Jefferson and Sprigg streets after failing to yield after stopping.
Assault An assault was reported Saturday and the suspect was at large and an arrest warrant had been applied for. That report was also the result of an ex parte violation.
An assault and peace disturbance was reported Saturday at 150 S. Minnesota. A man was taken into protective custody.
Theft A car was reported damaged Friday as well as a CD player and CDs taken at 1945 Delwin.
A camper shell was reported stolen Friday at 1128 S. Kingshighway.
Cape United Auto, 1105 Independence, reported a car part stolen Friday.
Money was reported stolen Friday at 325 N. Sprigg.
A scooter was reported stolen Friday at 820 N. Sprigg.
A red 1989 Ford Aerostar was reported stolen Friday at 909 Jefferson.
Amoco, 3276 William, reported stolen gas Saturday.
Property Damage Property damage was reported Friday at 426 Bellevue, Apt. 5.
A vehicle was reported damaged Friday at 823 N. Clark.
Rhodes 101 Stop, 1126 N. Sprigg, reported property damage Friday. Two juveniles were taken into custody.
Cape Girardeau Public School, 1080 S. Silver Springs Road, reported damage to lawn with vehicle.
A car window was broken Saturday at 508 Bellevue.
Miscellaneous A bicycle was reported found Friday at 126 S. Hanover.
A 52-year-old man was taken into protective custody Friday.
A 41-year-old woman was reported missing Friday.
A 1985 gray Oldsmobile Cutlass was abandoned Friday.
A man was taken into protective custody Saturday.
Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI Jeremiah J. Hecht, 18, of 8036 Route CC was arrested Thursday at Washington and Union for driving while intoxicated.
Theft A theft was reported Wednesday at 1120 Old Cape Road.
Property Damage
Damage was reported Tuesday at 213 E. Washington St.Miscellaneous
Fraud was reported Thursday at Wal-Mart Supercenter.
A 15-year-old male was referred to juvenile authorities Tuesday for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. A 16-year-old male was referred to juvenile authorities Tuesday for selling a controlled substance at school.
