The following items were released Friday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Carl A. Lucious, 20, 513 William St., was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon and armed criminal action.

Scott A. Chestnutt, 18, 516 Washington St., was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon and armed criminal action.

Orenthal J. McCluney, 22, 1424 William St., Apt. 1 , was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for unlawful use of a weapon and assault.

Darwin K. Graham, 17, 19 S. Ellis St., Apt. 4, was arrested on a city warrant for failure to give adequate care to animals.

Miguel D. Phillips, 36, 906 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for driving while suspended and stealing and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for nonsupport.

Tony L. Harris, 43, no address given, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for violation of an order of protection.

Melissa N. Robinson, 20, 554 Woodbine Place, was arrested on six city warrants for contempt of court.

Summonses

Jackie D. Elliott, County Road 268, Chaffee, Mo., was issued a summons for driving without insurance.

Jean M. Bernstein, 232 Indian Creek Road, Carbondale, Ill., was issued a summons for improper passing.

Whitney J. Ford, 1812 Evondale Drive, was issued a summons for failure to wear a seat belt.

Iris Marie Nanney, Route 2, Marble Hill, Mo., was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.Thefts

Money was reported stolen from 220 S. Lorimier St.

Gasoline was reported stolen from the Shell D Mart, 3415 William St.

A blue Ford F-250 truck and trailer hitch were reported stolen at Jefferson and Missouri streets.

Cigars were reported stolen from Smokers Outlet, 2116 William St.

Stainless steel sheets were reported stolen from Semo Machine Co., 1212 S. Kingshighway.

Copper wire was reported stolen from Sides Metal Recycling, 800 Giboney St.

Property Damage

A mailbox, post and plants were reported damaged at 706 Mount Auburn Road.Miscellaneous

A 16-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for making a false declaration.

Cliff's Rent to Own Inc. reported the failure to return rental property.

A 14-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for being a runaway.

A bicycle was reported found at 27 N. Hanover St.

A blue 1993 Dodge Caravan was towed from 531 N. Fountain St.

Money Time, 1901 Independence St., reported a bad check.

DWIs

Katherine A. Adams, 20, of St. Ann, Mo., was arrested Sept. 11 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Dwight R. Gates, 54, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Travis A. McGinley, 20, of Gideon, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
