The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Justin L. Brandy, 18, of 1445 Woodlawn, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Willie C. Shannon Jr., 58, address unknown, was arrested Thursday on a Scott County warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tequila C. Higgins, 19, of 214 North B, Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested Thursday on suspicion of harassment.

Evan D. Johnson, 20, of 420 Vine, Charleston, Mo., was arrested Friday on suspicion of assault.

Tershekia J. McCauley, 18, of 719 William, Apt. 8, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Brian K. Vogel, 36, of 401 S. Pacific, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Thefts A toolbox, tools and an amplifier were reported stolen Thursday from an unknown location.

A gun was reported stolen Thursday from 220 E. Cape Rock.

Forgery was reported Thursday at 19 S. Kingshighway.

Automobile theft was reported Thursday at 217 Mason.

A digital camera was reported stolen Friday at Southeast Missouri State University.

Currency was reported stolen Friday at Southeast Missouri State University.

A vehicle window was reported broken Thursday and a speaker and amplifier taken at 3022 Mimosa.
