The following items were released Friday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Byron T. Henderson, 32, 1721 Cape Meadows Circle, Apt. 9, was arrested on a Mississippi County warrant for failure to appear in court for failure to pay fines.

Anthony N. Lucas, 17, 8226 Elm St., was arrested on city warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay a fine for a suspended operator's license and failure to pay a fine for a seat belt violation.

Terrace C. Brandley, 21, 711 W. Cleveland St., Charleston, Mo., was arrested on city warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine for stealing and false declaration.

J.C. Lamar Brown, 24, 221 S. Spanish St., was arrested on a warrant.

Milion Che Green 21, 1300 Eastover, University City, Mo., was arrested on a Eureka, Mo., warrant for failure to pay fines for having an altered operator's license.

Summonses Jennifer L. Brooks, 21, 426 Bellevue St., Apt. 45, was issued a summons for property damage following a complaint of a damaged vehicle tire at 824 Themis St.

Emily S . Winschel, 7924 Route B, Perryville, Mo., was issued a summons for following too closely following an accident at Kingshighway and Lexington Street.

Justin Donald Statler, 21, 1322 N. West End Blvd., was issued a summons for having dogs at large.

Toby John Stoker, 34, 3409 Prairie Ave., Mattoon, Ill., was issued a summons for property damage.

Michael William Mahn, 12119 Beckford Estates Drive, Maryland Heights, Mo., was issued a summons Wednesday at Towers South for possession of marijuana.

Thefts A paycheck was reported stolen and forged at 525 Second St.

Gasoline was reported stolen from Amerimart, 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive.

A 1995 red Dodge Neon, Missouri license 885 RCP, was reported stolen from 134 S. Sprigg St.

A laptop computer was reported stolen from 1109 Giboney St.

Property Damage

A window was reported broken at 1076 Linden St.

A vehicle window was reported broken at 545 N. Main St.

Miscellaneous

Prescription medication was reported found at 2136 William St.

A brown Schwinn 10-speed bicycle was reported found at 1109 Jefferson St.

A Nokia cell phone was reported found at 121 S. Sprigg St.

The office of Begley Janssen, Young and Birk, 2103 Themis, was reported burglarized.

A red and black bicycle was reported found at 101 S. West End Blvd.

A blue 1996 Ford Contour was reported abandoned at 241 S. Sprigg St.

A 1978 gray Chevrolet Caprice was towed from 1100 Fountain St.

A white 1983 Oldsmobile was towed from 1558 Independence St.Jackson

DWI

Phillip Wray, 42, 607 August St., Jackson, was arrested Friday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving while suspended.

Arrest

Monica Abraham, 19, 2837 Themis St., Apt. 4, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Cole County warrant for passing bad checks.

Summons

Wayne Penberthy, 52, 2017 N. Sprigg St., Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons Friday for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Theft

Thefts were reported Wednesday in the 300 block of Donna Drive, two in the 900 block of West Independence Street and in the 2200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.Property Damage

A report of property damage was made Wednesday in the 300 block of East Washington Street.
