The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests Chevalia Natocki Nunley, 25, of 536 S. Pacific St., was arrested Friday on a warrant of commitment.
Charles Douglas Tart, 35, of 1115 Bloomfield St., was arrested Friday on a Dunklin County warrant for probation violation.
Michael R. Odell, 44, of 333 N. Ellis St., was arrested Saturday on suspicion of receiving stolen property and possession of a controlled substance.
Cape Girardeau County Samuel L. Preastly, 30, no address given, was arrested Saturday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
Catherine L. Jones of Ellington, Mo., was arrested Saturday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
Taleka M. Young of Cairo, Ill. was arrested Saturday on suspicion of theft.
Anita C. Thomas of Cairo, Ill., was arrested Saturday on suspicion of theft.
Summons
Jared Adam Evans, 20, of 217 Roosevelt St., Chaffee, Mo., was issued a summons Friday for possession of a controlled substance and possession of alcohol by a minor.
Freddy Joe Johnson, 19, of 108 Bell St., Delta, was issued a summons Friday for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Assaults
An assault was reported Saturday in the 500 block of South Ellis Street.
A domestic assault was reported Saturday at 401 Olive St.
An assault and property damage consisting of a windshield, taillight and rear window were reported Saturday at Capaha Park.
Thefts
A martial arts weapon was reported stolen Friday at 915 N. Fountain St.
Fishing equipment was reported stolen Friday at 1527 N. Spanish St.
Clothes were reported stolen Friday at Famous Barr at 100 West Park Mall. Three 16-year-old girls were referred to juvenile court.
Gasoline was reported stolen Friday at the Rhodes 101 at 2109 William St.
A wallet was reported stolen Saturday at 535 Cape Meadows Circle.
Gasoline was reported stolen Saturday at the Shell D-Mart at 3415 William St.
A theft was reported Saturday at Wal-Mart at 3429 William St.
A burglary was reported Saturday at 1305 Victoria Drive. Property Damage
A window was reported broken Saturday at Ten Mile High Co. at 319 Park Ave.
Vehicle mirrors and a hood were reported damaged Saturday at 1928 Broadway.
Miscellaneous
A counterfeit bill was reported Friday at Hardee's at 1330 Broadway.
