Arrests Tanarius D. Twiggs, 25, 208 S. Middle St., was arrested on a city warrant for prohibited acts.

John Henry Harris II, 21, 820 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a warrant for probation violation for property damage and driving while intoxicated.

Raymond Michael Resssell, 25, 415 E. Marie St., Scott City, was arrested on suspicion of failure to drive in a single lane.

Summonses

Kenny Chistopher Bell, no age given, 918 College St., was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle, no insurance, no driver's license and leaving the scene of an accident.

Amanda Dawn Roper, no age given, 426 E. Jefferson St., Dongola, Ill., was issued a summons for failure to yield and operating an unlicensed vehicle.Thefts

A Missouri license plate, 534 JP9, was reported stolen from 1057 Dorothy St.

A CB radio, briefcase, fire extnguisher and gloves were reported stolen from 1242 Meadowbrook Lane.

A vehicle window was reported broken and checks and a bank bag taken at 1131 N. Henderson St.

DWIs Roy Walther, 53, of Jackson was arrested Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoixcated and supplying liquor to a minor.

James E. Walker, III, 23, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, possession of a controlled substance and possesin of drug paraphernalia.

Jeremiah L. Hendrickson, 19, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and possession of liquor by a minor.

Arrests

John L. Clark, 27, of Jackson was arrested Monday on a New Madrid County warrant for nonsupport.

Brittany M. Baldwin, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear in court on a traffic violation.Summons

Kaci J. Brindell, 18, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons July 31 for possession of liquor by a minor, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license.

John C. Crites, 18, of Burfordville, Mo., was issued a summons Sunday for possession of liquor by a minor.

Lauren S. Beussink, 18, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons Sunday for possession of liquor by a minor.

Laura Browne, 17, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons Sunday for possession of liquor by a minor.

Amanda R. Phelps, 19, of Jackson was issued a summos Sunday for possession of liquor by a minor.

Jessica A. Koeper, 19, of Jackson was issued a summons Sunday for possession of liquor by a minor.

Michael S. Bayer, 17, of Chaffee, Mo., was issued a summons Wednesday for possession of liquor by a minor.

John E. Nordin, 17, of Chaffee was issued a summons Wednesday for possession of liquor by a minor.
