The following items were released Friday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Jimmy L. Bell, 54, 223 N. Ellis St., Apt. 5, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cocaine.

Johnnie W. Treadwell II, 22, 1700 New Madrid St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute, possession of marijuana and on a city warrant for contempt of court.

James S. Weber, 37, 1338 Big Bend Road, was arrested on suspicion of burglary and stealing.

Timothy L. Wasson Jr., no age given, 401 Jobe St., Bertrand, Mo., was arrested on three Sikeston warrants for contempt of court.

Brandon L. Rice, 2834 Independence St., Apt. 2, was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession and public possession of an intoxicant.

Jimmy Charles White, 42, 634 William St., was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.

Kinsey Maurice Johnson, 29, 720 Walnut St., was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for nonsupport.

Stanley Armour, 53, 902 Jefferson St., was arrested on a city warrant for contempt of court.

Thefts

A burglary was reported at Fellowship Baptist Church, 430 Koch St.

A window was broken at Maggie & Mike's, 48 S. Plaza Way. The building was entered and cash taken.

Children's clothing was reported stolen in a burglary at 1136 S. Ellis St. A bicycle was reported stolen at 907 S. Ellis St.

Tools were reported stolen from Midwest Construction and locks were broken at a site on 2203 Woodlawn Ave.

Checks were reported stolen, and later forged, from 3015 Wisteria Drive.

Prescription medication was reported stolen from 607 Locust St.

A 1982 Buick Regal was reported stolen from Car Title Loans, 605 N. Kingshighway.

A lawn mower was reported stolen from 3020 Boutin Drive.

Gasoline was reported stolen from Rhodes 101 1610 N. Kingshighway.

A political sign was reported stolen from Kent Drive and Lexington Avenue.

An orange, white and black bicycle was reported stolen at 374 N. Park Ave.

A CD player, assorted CDs, and a purse and contents were reported stolen from a parking lot.

Property Damage

A window was reported broken at 1101 Good Hope St.

Miscellaneous

Forged checks were reported in two separate incidents at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

A fraudulent use of a credit card was reported at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

A 15-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for protective custody.

A lawn mower was reported found at 841 N. Sprigg St.

A 16-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court after being recovered as a runaway.

A 13-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for curfew violation and resisting arrest.

Two 16-year-old girls were cited into juvenile court for being runaways.

A red bicycle was found at Woodbine and Westfield streets.

Jackson

The following items were released Friday by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summons

Dustin D. Wildhaber, 22, 540 N. Hope St., was issued a summons Thursday for driving while revoked.

Thefts

A handgun, tools and fishing gear were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 600 block of East Adams Street on Thursday.

A camera was reported stolen from a vehicle Thursday in the 100 block of West Vale Drive.

Gasoline was reported stolen from the Rhodes 101 Station Thursday.

A burglary was reported Thursday in the 500 block of Sycamore Street.

A burglary was reported Thursday in the 500 block of Oak Hill Road. A camera and audio equipment were reported stolen.

Miscellaneous

A fraudulent check was reported passed Thursday at Check Please.
