The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Patricia Ann Curry, 38, 611 S. Henderson St., was arrested Thursday on suspicion of assaulting a police officer and resisting arrest.

Cathy Lanette Hampton, 35, 409 S. Benton St., was arrested Thursday on a Ste. Genevieve County warrant for failure to appear for speeding.

Darrell Dewayne Wiseman, 22, 627 S. Benton St., was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Eric Lamont Hogan, 18, 412 S. Benton, who also lists an address of 412 S. Hanover, was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for probation violation and possession of a controlled substance.

Dawn Elizabeth Pierce, 28, 42 W. North St., Benton, Mo., was arrested Thursday on city warrants for failure to appear for stealing and contempt of court for failure to pay a fine for loitering.

Jason Eric Lashley, 26, 1102 S. Ellis St., was arrested Thursday on a Poplar Bluff, Mo., warrant for assaulting an officer.

Donald Lavay Langloss, 61, 623 Jefferson St., was arrested Thursday on a city warrant for failure to appear for trespassing.

John Anthony Shelton, 21, 230 N. Ellis St., was arrested Tuesday on a city warrant for a seatbelt violation.

Summonses

Justin Tyler Craft, no age given, 2587 Fairlane Drive, was issued a summons Thursday for failure to drive on the right half of the road.

Sara Heather Cooper, 28, 316 E Lane, Apt. 3, Jackson, was issued a summons Thursday for stealing.

Ricky Lamont Nelson, 17, 200 S. Spanish St., Apt. 4, was issued a summons Thursday for possession of alcohol by a minor and possession of a bottle rocket.

Jamala Lynn Garmon, 17, 412 S. Ellis St., was issued a summons Tuesday for a fireworks violation.

Brent Wayne Bohnert, 22, 1116 W. St. Joseph St., Perryville, Mo., was issued a summons Tuesday for indecent exposure.

Daniel F. Poe, 56, 839 Morgan Oak St., was issued a summons Wednesday for failure to pay sewer charges.

Theft

Furniture was reported stolen Thursday from 618 North St.

A CB radio, television and chains were reported stolen Friday and a vehicle window broken at 2350 Independence St.

License plate tabs were reported stolen Friday.

A purse and its contents were reported stolen Tuesday at 3439 William St..

A purple and silver bicycle was reported stolen Tuesday at 1217 College St.

Gasoline was reported stolen from Huck's Tuesday at 353 S. Kingshighway.

A laptop computer was reported stolen Tuesday at 107 N. Clark St.

A vehicle window was reported broken and a swim bag and its contents taken at 247 Siemers Drive.

A bicycle was reported stolen Wednesday at 1022 Perry Ave.

A window was reported broken Wednesday and cash taken from Copi-Rite Inc., 1526 Independence St.Miscellaneous

Checks were reported forged from the 1140th Support Group, 2001 William St.

A 15-year-old female juvenile was cited into juvenile court Thursday for possession of Xanax, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and tobacco.

A 15-year-old female juvenile was cited into juvenile court for curfew violation.

Two forged checks were passed Friday at Sam's Club.

Five checks were reported forged, two at 1410 N. Kingshighway, and one each at 114 Silver Springs Road, 329 S. Kingshighway and 160 S. Broadview St., all from the same account.

Counterfeit travelers checks in the amount of $100 each were reported passed Tuesday at Payless Shoe Store, 3437 William St., Electronics Boutique, Vitamin World Store, Champs Sports, Victoria's Secret and Mary's Gems, all at Westfield Shoppingtown West Park.

Jackson

DWI Brian Beasley, 45, 50 Furman St., Barnwell, S.C., was arrested Thursday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speeding.

Miscellaneous

Reports of fireworks violations were made Thursday in the 500 block of North Hope Street, 900 block of West Independence Street, on Jennifer Drive, 1700 block of Mulberry Street, on Kate Street, in the 1200 block of East Main Street, on Hidden Meadow Drive, on Old Toll Road, and on Strawberry Lane.Cape Girardeau County Sheriff

DWIs

Cody Antill, 23, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested June 25 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Kimberly A. Kelley, 20, of Daisy, Mo., was arrested Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Tara Weltge, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

Jennifer C. Davis, 27, of Jackson was arrested June 26 on a Madison County warrant for insufficient funds and a Perry County warrant for passing bad checks.

Britni K. Massey, 24, of Jackson was arrested June 26 on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for speeding and driving while revoked.

Carter Adams, 24, of Fruitland, Mo., was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.

Terrill Hill, 37, of Jackson was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.

Timothy G. Little, 41, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Monday on warrants from Cape Girardeau County for domestic assault, property damage, resisting or interfering with arrest, possession of a controlled substance and third-degree assault.

Scott Steger, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while revoked.

Johnathon Seyer, 23, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for third-degree assault.

Joseph M. Gregory, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Thursday on Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, leaving the scene of an accident and no insurance.
