DWIs Carley Capps III, 31, 2852 Vista Lane, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons Friday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Bradley Dean Bowman, 42, 502 Oakhill, Jackson, was arrested Saturday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving, failure to maintain a vehicle in a single lane and failure signal a turn.
Arrests Jeffrey Lynn Hoffner, 43, 1710 Hummingbird Road, Buncombe, Ill., was arrested on Friday on Massac County, Ill., warrants for failure to appear in court and probation violation.
A suspect was in custody Friday pending the filing of charges of driving while intoxicated, driving with a revoked license and failure to drive in a single lane.
Ishmael Blackmon, 21, 525 N. Sprigg St., Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear in court.
Billy Ray Fowler, 30, 706 N. Fourth St., Scott City, was arrested Saturday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.
Thefts A bicycle was reported stolen Friday from 2310 Horseshoe Ridge.
A personal check was reported stolen Friday from 1558 Independence.
A brown leather wallet, debit card and Southeast Missouri State University ID were reported stolen Saturday from 2205 Cambridge.
Cliff's Rent to Own reported a customer failed to return a rented, six-piece bedroom set to the store at 612 Morgan Oak.
Summonses
Kathleen Lyons, 52, 646 Penny Ave., Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons Friday for a leash law violation.
Kathy Hannah, 25, 1115 Good Hope St., Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons Friday for possession of drug paraphernalia.Assaults
An assault was reported Saturday at Main and Independence.
A 12-year-old boy was referred to juvenile court Friday for an assault and property damage.
Miscellaneous A peace disturbance was reported Friday in the 3000 block of Themis Street.
A 27-year-old man was reported missing Friday from the 400 block of North Frederick Street. The individual was later located.
Tattoing of a minor was reported Friday in the 700 block of Broadway.
A suspect failed to return to weekend confinement at the police station on Friday.
A motorist left the scene of an accident on Friday in which a street sign and mailbox were struck.
An incident involving endangerment of the welfare of a child was reported Saturday in the 600 block of North Spanish Street.
A suspect was reported Saturday to have made a false declaration, concealed contraband and driven a vehicle while his license was revoked.
A juvenile was reported missing Saturday from 1107 Merriwether.
Property was found Saturday at 431 S. Ellis St.
