DWIs Chadwick James Ferguson, 19, Route P, St. Mary, Mo., was arrested Thursday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, being a minor in possession of alcohol and a traffic offense.

Debra Ann Clark, 44, 141 Shady Branch, Benton, Mo., was arrested Friday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving while suspended.

Arrests Miles Rampley Walker, 31, 709 North St., was arrested Thursday on suspicion of domestic assault.

Michael Lee Gockel, 33, 1201 Sprigg, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant Thursday for probation violation.

Anthony Terrell Armour, 29, 902 Jefferson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant Thursday for failure to appear for a seat-belt violation.

O'Bryan Martell Winford, Sr., 19, 909 Hackberry, Apt. 108, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of possession of marijuana, no license plate light and failure to produce a driver's license.

Kendrick Lamarr Tipler, 22, 415 W. Gladys St., Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a New Madrid County warrant Thursday for probation violation for nonsupport and on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for possession of a controlled substance.

Christopher Leon Sparks, 20, 1318 N. Sprigg, Apt. 3, was arrested Thursday on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for possession.

Toby James Doll, 18, 24679 U.S. 61, St. Mary, Mo., was arrested Thursday on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Michael Shane Bowman, 53, 1056 West Cape Rock Drive, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of assault.

Cittie Louise Wade, 25, 612 Koch Ave., was arrested Thursday on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.

Irvin L. Blair, 46, 1015 Bloomfield, Apt. 10, was arrested Friday on suspicion of possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jimmy L. Hudson Jr., 6 Village St., Apt. 6, was arrested Friday on suspicion of driving while revoked and no insurance.

Clarence Brown Jr., 19, 412 Koch, was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance.

Sophia T. Mack, 21, 121 E. Rodney St., was arrested Friday on suspicion of failure to pay a sewer charge.

Eric L. Lambert, 34, 211 Linden, Scott City, was arrested Friday on suspicion of failure to pay a sewer charge.

Quenita Cerise Sadler, 25, 1112 N. Fountain, was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Tarvacus Z. Johnson, 31, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault.

Kijuana Cassandra Harris, 23, 1803 Coleridge Drive, St. Louis, Mo., was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

Dewayne Phoenix, no age listed, 401 S. Sprigg St., was arrested Saturday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Jodie Walker, 130 N. 3rd St., Sikeston, Mo., was arrested Saturday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

A 39-year-old man was taken into protective custody Saturday.

Summonses Jeffrey McCowan, no age given, 1619 Scivally Drive, received a summons Friday for littering.

Eric Lyle Lambert, 34, 211 Linden, Scott City, was mailed a summons for failure to pay a sewer charge.

Betty Jo Mosley, 51, 1854 Martin Court, was mailed a summons for maintaining a nuisance.

Thefts Gasoline was reported stolen Thursday at Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway.

A CD player and CDs were reported stolen and a dashboard damaged Thursday at 115 N. Fountain St.

A purse and its contents were reported stolen Thursday and a vehicle window broken at 1606 Oak Lane.

Medication and money were reported stolen Thursday at 333 N. Pacific St.

Checks were reported stolen by deceit Thursday at 605 Themis St.

Pit bull dogs were reported stolen Friday and a fence damaged at the Humane Society, 2536 Boutin Drive.

Burglary and theft were reported Friday at 514 Amethyst St.; an individual was taken into custody pending the filing of formal charges.

Rhodes 101 reported gasoline stolen Friday at 10 S. West End Blvd.

Jaspers reported cigarettes stolen Friday at 407 Morgan Oak; a subject was taken into custody pending formal charges.

Famous Barr reported clothing stolen Friday at 100 West Park Mall. Laura Ann Deckard, 27, 408 N. Ash St., Advance, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing in connection with the complaint.

A CD player was reported stolen from a vehicle at 1148 S. Kingshighway.

A purse and contents were reported stolen Saturday.

A wallet and contents were reported stolen Friday in the 1800 block of Thilenius Street.

Assaults Two assaults were reported Friday at 1209 Broadway.

An assault was reported Friday at 1701 Lacey St.

An assault was reported Friday at 20 Village Drive.

Property Damage

Paint was reported sprayed on a carport, Dumpsters, fence and sidewalk at Lamp Lighter, 3020 Boutin Drive.

A window was reported broken Friday at 408 S. Hanover St.

A door was reported damaged Saturday at 417 S. Benton St.

Miscellaneous

A black BMX bicycle was reported found Friday at 607 Locust St.

A 13-year-old girl was reported missing Saturday.Jackson

Howard Adkins, 42, 21112 Highway 177, Jackson, was arrested Friday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving the wrong way on the street and driving under suspension.
