DWI
James Vizcarra, 21, of 6212 Arthur, St. Louis, was issued a summons at Broadway and Main Street early Saturday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.Arrests
Amanda Dunning, 18, of 4 N. Pindwood, Apt. 4, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for stealing.
Jonathan Cochran, 17, of 2851 Vista Lane, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear in court.
Summonses Ray Azizi, 22, of 721 N. Middle St. was issued a summons Friday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and a noise violation.
Gary Morris, 26, of 802 N. Fountain St., Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons on suspicion of stealing Friday at 100 West Park Mall.
Robbery A woman reported that someone grabbed money from her hand as she was getting out of a vehicle Friday at the Town House Inn, 505 N. Kingshighway.
Burglary
A door and fence were reported damaged in a break-in Friday at Davis Glass Co., 2105 Bessie St.
A satellite system and swing were reported stolen and a front door was damaged Saturday at 3302 Hopper Road.
Theft
A letter was reported stolen Friday at 36 N. Ellis.
Denny's restaurant, 121 West Drive, reported a theft Friday.
Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St., reported the theft of $21 in gasoline Friday.

A vehicle door was reported damaged Saturday at 323 S. Kingshighway.
Miscellaneous
A 40-year-old male was taken into protective custody Friday.
A 14-year-old juvenile was cited Friday for beyond parental control.
A black briefcase was reported lost Friday in the 3000 block of Laurel.
