DWI A person was placed in custody Friday pending the filing of formal charges for driving while intoxicated.
Arrests Jason A. Ponder, 25, of 122 S. West End Blvd., Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
Heather M. Patrick, 31, of 909 Hackberry, Apt. 203, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for fraud.
Phillip J. Swift, 18, of 169 N. Lake, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
Brian K. Vogel, 36, of 401 S. Pacific, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
Bessie J. Kezer, 47, of 20758 State Highway 25, Chaffee, Mo., was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
Summonses Nicholas R. Wheeler, 22, of 1413 Parkmor, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Thursday for a leash law violation.
Devin P. Leary-Hanebrink, 20, of 13815 Olive Blvd., Chesterfield, Mo., received a summons Friday for indecent exposure.
Quinn C. Strong, 22, of 737 Carman Oaks Court, Ballwin, Mo., received a summons Friday for indecent exposure.
Thefts Clothing was reported stolen Thursday by Famous Barr at 100 West Park Mall.
Soda, a water seal and miscellaneous items were reported stolen Thursday by K-Mart at 11 S. Kingshighway. Laura J. Richardson, 40, of Route 3, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of stealing in connection with the complaint.
A white 1996 Chevy Blazer was reported stolen Friday at 2027 Woodlawn.
Burglary Cash was reported stolen in a burglary Thursday at 1732 Luce.
Property Damage
A vehicle was reported damaged Thursday at 2833 Themis.

Identity theft was reported Tuesday in the 500 block of Berchman.
A domestic dispute was reported Wednesday in the 300 block of Oak Forest.
