The following items have been released by the cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWIs Edward James Gibson, 24, 330 N. Lorimier, was issued a summons Friday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving, and failure to stop at a stop sign.
Adam Vincent Daugherty, 22, 143 Blueberry Lane, Jackson, was issued a summons Friday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving while suspended.
Arrests Janel Diane Nelson, 24, 1340 W. Cape Rock Drive, No. 4, was arrested Friday on six Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fines.
Joe David Davis, 18, 1109 Merriwether, was arrested Friday on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree burglary.
Benjamin Ray Eaton, 25, 110 S. Acres, Sikeston, Mo., was arrested Friday on a city warrant for probation violation.
James Keller Davis, 20, 1318 N. Sprigg, was arrested Friday on a Perry County warrant for failure to appear on speeding and seat belt offenses.
Charles Wayne Copen Jr., 39, 2310 Big Bend Road, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on a state warrant for being a parole absconder.
Shaun Casey Weaver, 23, 1929 Alice, Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested Friday on a Butler County warrant for failure to appear for no valid driver's license and on a Poplar Bluff warrant for failure to abate.
Property Damage
A van was reported spray painted Friday at Lynch's Fire Equipment, 428 S. Missouri.
A ceramic flowerpot was reported damaged Friday at 139 N. Main.
A windshield was reported shattered Friday at 2850 Johnson.Thefts
A Missouri EBT card was reported stolen Friday from 528 Broadway.
Pants, a watch and a broom were reported taken Friday from 555 N. Spring.
Gasoline was reported stolen from Bi-State Southern, 920 N. Kingshighway.
Beer was reported stolen from Rhodes 101, 10 S. West End Blvd.
Miscellaneous
A tan purse and its contents were reported lost at 3039 William Friday.
