The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests Timothy R. Dean, 40, 1400 S. West End Blvd., Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to register a vehicle.
Lewis E. Robinson, 50, 1015 Bloomfield, Cape Girardeau, was arrested May 15 on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.
Michelle K. Frossard, age unavailable, of 8726 Litzsinger, St. Louis, was arrested Saturday on suspicion of making a false declaration.
Brie S. Sides, age unavailable, of 510 N. Fountain, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on suspicion of stealing from Famous Barr.
DWI Aaron J. Dippold, 21, 2733 Hawthorne, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and running a stop sign.
Nicole M. Guth, 23, 1729 New Madrid, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on suspicion of driving while intoxication and a noise violation.
Summons Benjamin F. Rawlin, 27, 1003 Locust, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons Saturday on suspicion of possession of a control substance.
Property Damage
A door was reported broken Friday at the Plaza Galleria, 2021 Independence.
Thefts
A CD player and cell phone were reported stolen Friday at 1421 N. Henderson.
Missouri license plate 368RYR was reported stolen Friday at 4 N. Pindwood.
A debit card was reported stolen Friday at 2001 William.
A black Powerlite bicycle was reported stolen Friday at 607 Locust.
A backpack, film and clothing were stolen were reported stolen Friday at 202 Siemers.
Fifty CDs were reported stolen Friday at Main and Independence.
Assault
An assault was reported Friday at 3049 William.
Miscellaneous
Trespassing was reported Friday at 2044 Broadway.
Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported Friday at Rent One, 610 S. Kingshighway.
