The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI Faith Blackman of 613 Indian Hills St., St. Charles, Mo., was arrested Saturday on suspicion of failing to yield and driving while intoxicated at Broadway and Sprigg.
Arrests A 21-year-old man was taken into protective custody on Saturday at 315 N. Pacific.
A suspect was in custody on Saturday pending the filing of formal charges for domestic assault at 537 N. Sprigg.
Summonses
Jesse Aaron Due of 639 Terry Lane, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons on Friday on a charge of animal neglect.
Jeremy Terrell Williams, 19, of 49 Green Acres, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons on Friday accusing him of prohibited acs at Broadway and Harmony.Thefts
Shell D-Mart reported the theft of gasoline on Friday from its station at 3415 William.
Amoco D-Mart reported two incidents of the theft of gasoline on Friday from 3276 William.
A U.S. flag and a flagpole were reported stolen Saturday from 818 North St.
K&R Log and Lumber Co. reported Saturday the theft of a CB radio from 2350 Independence.
A wooden bear was reported taken and a mailbox damaged on Saturday at 105 E. Cape Rock Drive.
A CD player and a wallet were reported stolen on Saturday from 1919 Grandview.
Prescription medicine was reported stolen on Saturday from 316 Independence, Apt. 6.
Counterfeiting was reported on Saturday at 407 N. Kingshighway.
Burglary A burglary was reported on Saturday at 1938 Grandview.
Property Damage
Property damage was reported on Saturday at 85 E. Cape Rock Drive.

A peace disturbance was reported on Friday at 1000 Ranney.
A peace disturbance was reported on Friday at 203 S. Lorimier.
A peace disturbance was reported on Friday at Mill and Lorimier.
A stolen license plate was recovered on Friday at Ellis and Jefferson.
An adult was reported as missing on Friday.
Violation of a court order was reported on Friday at 1112 Linden.

A bicycle was found Saturday at 221 N. Sprigg.
