The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI Timothy H. Ainley, 38, of 283 Graphite Lane, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to yield, failure to obey a stop sign and fleeing lawful detention.
Luis Z. Martinez, 28, of 303 Mack Lane, Cobden, Ill., was arrested Friday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests Stuart L. Miller, 39, of 214 S. Missouri, Jackson, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
Demetrius D. Clary, 35, fo 407 N. Mount Auburn, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
Melanie D. Woodruff, 26, of 916 Nickey, Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested Thursday on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.
Daniel M. Clauss, 20, of 1710 N. Sprigg, Apt. 603, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on suspicion of indecent exposure.
Misty D. Armstrong, 28, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested Friday on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Joe Willie Brand Jr., 19, of 308 W. Lorimier, Apt. 204, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of domestic assault.
Thefts Gasoline was reported stolen Thursday by Shell D-Mart at 3415 William.
A stereo and CDs were reported stolen Friday at 413 N. Frederick.
A lawn decoration was reported stolen Friday at 610 N. Mount Auburn.
Gasoline was reported stolen Friday by Amoco D-Mart at 3276 William.
Burglary
A microwave and television were reported stolen Thursday in a burglary at 45 S. West End Blvd.Jackson

Laura A. Koeberl, 36, of 170 Skyline, Jackson, received a summons Thursday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive in a single lane.Theft
A theft was reported Thursday in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
