A person was placed in custody Friday pending the filing of formal charges of driving while intoxicated at 200 Morgan Oak.

A person was placed in custody Saturday pending the filing of formal charges for driving while intoxicated at Independence and Kingshighway.

A person was placed in custody Saturday pending the filing of formal charges for driving while intoxicated at the 400 block of North Street.

Michel Dickerson, 44, of 2850 Whitener, Apt. C3, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on charges of driving while intoxicated at Broadway and Pacific.

Scott Wheeler of 621 Whitelaw, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on charges of driving while intoxicated.Theft

Rhodes 101 reported theft Friday at 449 S. Kingshighway.

Compact discs were reported stolen Saturday on North Main Street.

A vehicle was reported stolen Saturday at 1942 Delwin.

A credit card and identification card were reported stolen Saturday at 2825 Bloomfield Road.

Arrests

Deborah Davis, 40, no known address, was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrant for parole absconder.

A person was placed in custody Friday pending the filing of formal charges for possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia.Summonses

Joshua Norville, 19, of No. 5 David Drive, Sikeston, Mo., was issued a summons Saturday for possession of intoxicants by a minor.

Eric Jones, 19, of 352 Winchester, Benton, Mo., was issued a summons Saturday for possession of intoxicants by a minor.
