The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs Calvin L. Garner, 33, of 318 N. Fountain, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Friday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speeding.

Janet L. Malley, 42, of 23350 Standard Cemetery, Kiln, Miss., received a summons Friday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speeding.

Shilo James Gutherie, 21, of 221 Greer, Sikeston, Mo., received a summons Friday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain a single lane.

Arrests

Michael S. Helman II, 27, of 174 S. West End Blvd., Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for no valid license.Summons

Scott E. Robins, 27, of 334 S. Spanish, No. 2, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Friday for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

A Chevrolet S-10 pickup was reported stolen Friday at 425 Good Hope. It was later recovered in Ste. Genevieve County, and a suspect is in custody pending formal charges.

A PlayStation 2 was reported stolen Friday at 200 Morgan Oak.

A wallet was reported stolen and a vehicle window broken Friday at 247 Siemers.

Stereo equipment and clothing were reported stolen Friday at 1413 Brookshire.
