Arrests Christopher M. Simon, 40, of 610 N. Washington, Farmington, Mo., was arrested Friday on suspicion of burglary.

Summonses

Jennifer M. Probst, 22, of 1457 N. Main, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Friday for a leash law violation.

Debbie A. Martin, 40, of 1430 N. Spanish, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Friday for failure to maintain property free of litter and maintaining nuisance vehicles.

Thefts

A radar detector was reported stolen and a vehicle damaged Thursday at 2021 Perryville Road.

Cash was reported stolen Thursday by Wal-Mart at 34339 William.

Two boys, aged 12 and 13, were cited to juvenile court Thursday for creating a peace disturbance by fighting.
