The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI Jason Lee Guynn, 29, of Gilmer, Texas, was arrested Saturday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests Larry Hood, 49, of 1006 N. Frederick, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on a warrant for contempt of court.
Maxine Elaine Mahler, 30, of 2005 Mary St., Scott City, was arrested Saturday on suspicion of assault.
Evan Devonne Johnson, 19, of 533 Cape Meadows Circle, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
Summonses Brian M. Williamson, 24, of 1305 Victoria, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Friday for property damage.
James D. Goodwin, 26, of 302 County Road 502, Marble Hill, Mo., received a summons Saturday for indecent exposure.
Gregory Alan McNeely, 2613 Perryville Road, Apt. 2, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Saturday for failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.
Vernon Eugene Bruckerhoff, Route 1, Box 84, St. Mary, Mo., received a summons Saturday for failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.
Assaults A domestic assault was reported Friday.
A domestic assault was reported Saturday. Daniell Scott McCall, 25, of P.O. Box 194, Marble Hill, Mo., received a summons on the complaint.
Thefts Money was reported stolen Friday at 415 S. Frederick.
Cash was reported stolen Friday at 535 Boxwood, Apt. 5.
Schnucks reported cigarettes stolen Friday at 19 S. Kingshighway.
Items were reported stolen Saturday from a vehicle at 3034 Themis.
Burglary A burglary was reported Friday in the 2800 block of Bloomfield.
Property Damage
Mailboxes were reported damaged Saturday at 2123 Kenneth, 2413 Palamino and 2323 Earleen.
A bathroom wall was vandalized at the Cape Girardeau Police Station. A man was taken into custody.
Miscellaneous
A vehicle left the scene of an accident Friday after striking a parked car at 100 Country Club.
