Arrests Steven J. Lejeune, 22, of 1210 Duck Street, Eunice, La., was arrested Thursday on suspicion of leaving the scene of an accident, improper passing and no proof of insurance.
Lester W. Goodman, 32, of 24 S. Pacific, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to maintain property and on suspicion of resisting arrest and assault of a law enforcement officer.
Joey W. Thurman, 27, of 807 W. Laclede, Malden, Mo., was arrested Thursday on suspicion of possession of ephedrine.
Charles H. Koster, 37, of 820 W. Laclede, Malden, Mo., was arrested Thursday on suspicion of possession of ephedrine.
David L. Franklin II, 34, of 1221 Tamms Road, Ullin, Ill., was arrested Thursday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
Jason A. Nix, 26, of 724 S. Ellis, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of stealing.
Michael L. Arnold, 35, of Route 1, Box 335, Hendrickson, Mo., was arrested Thursday on suspicion of ephedrine with intent to manufacture a controlled substance.
Jimmy T. Sloan, 25, of 301 Roxie Drive, Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested Thursday on suspicion of ephedrine with intent to manufacture a controlled substance.
Christopher L. Ward, 17, of 306 Church, Holcomb, Mo., was arrested Thursday on suspicion of ephedrine with intent to manufacture a controlled substance.
Jeremiah R. Brown, 19, of 1139 Corinne, Jackson, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.
Crystal G. Lane, 25, of 218 Butternut Lane, Perryville, Mo., was arrested Thursday on a Jefferson County warrant for forgery.
David K. Pierce, 37, of 1400 W. End, Lot 60, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of peace disturbance.
Justin L. Maynard, 22, of 438 N. High, Jackson, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
Nikita D. Smith, 17, of 105 N. Clark, Apt. 206, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
Erica J. Brown, 17, of Bonne Terre, Mo., was arrested Thursday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
Terry Anthony, 26, of 105 N. Clark, Apt. 309, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
Thomas G. Jordan, 22, of 521 Asher, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on suspicion of interfering with an arrest.
Christy R. Rains, 22, of 722 Giboney, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on suspicion of refusal to disperse and resisting arrest.
Summonses Tabitha C. Brown of 504 Cedar, Jackson, received a summons Thursday for no proof of insurance and failure to obey a stop light.
James B. Osborn of 1947 W. Cape Rock Drive, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Friday for failure to obey a stop light.
Assaults Two 14-year-old males were cited to juvenile court Thursday on suspicion of assault.
A person was placed in custody Friday pending the filing of formal charges for assault and property damage.
David P. Rains, 22, of 722, Giboney, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on suspicion of assault of a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest.
Thefts A stereo was reported stolen and a vehicle damaged Thursday at 3113 Themis.
Gasoline was reported stolen Friday by Shell D-Mart at 3415 William.
Miscellaneous A driver's license was reported lost Thursday at 33 S. Park.
Forgery was reported Thursday by Bi-State Southern at 400 Morgan Oak.
A 47-year-old female was placed in protective custody Thursday.
Seven incidents of forgery were reported Friday at businesses across Cape Girardeau. The suspect used the same victim's checks in each instance.

A 16-year-old female was cited to juvenile court Friday for peace disturbance.

DWI Caleb J. Greenley, 23, of 1435 Wayne, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speeding.
Summons
Lisa Seabaugh-Horman, 23, of 164 Clover Hill Lane, Jackson, received a summons Thursday for driving while suspended and speeding.
