The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Calvin Harper, 25, of 1022 Broadway Apt. A was issued a summons at the corner of Sprigg and Olive for driving while intoxicated.

Arrests Pad Lege, 25, 1034 Village Lane, was arrested Friday at 338 N. Middle on an arrest warrant.

Adam Holloway, 24, of Jackson was arrested Friday at 19 S. Kingshighway on an arrest warrant.

Kimberly Williams, 25, 2857 Themis, Apt. A3, was arrested Friday for fraud.

Robert Lowe, no age given, of 119 Good Hope was arrested Saturday on a county warrant for fraud, insufficient funds.

Thefts An incident of theft was reported Friday at 3439 William.

Two vehicles were reported stolen Friday. A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges.

Dmart, 3415 William, reported gas stolen Friday.

Cab tickets and personal items were reported stolen Saturday at 1260 Linden, Apt. 3.

Burglary

A burglary was reported Friday involving property damage.Property Damage

Rear sliding glass and a dashboard were reported damaged Saturday at the 600 block of Timon Way.

Miscellaneous

An incident of receiving stolen property was reported Friday.
