The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI A person was placed in custody Friday pending the filing of formal charges for driving while intoxicated.

A person was placed in custody Saturday pending the filing of formal charges for driving while intoxicated.

Arrests Sylvester Ayers, 31, of 1013 Village Lane, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on a warrant for failure to appear.

Steve Peet, 37, of 519 Parrie St., Elkhart, Ind., was arrested Friday on a warrant for probation violation.

Robert Durham, 36, of 1520 Hill, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on a warrant for parole absconding.

Sherril Earley, 43, no address, was arrested Saturday on a warrant for probation violation.

Bryant Gant, 36, of 408 Bellevue, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on a warrant for obstructing a court order.

Thefts Money was reported stolen Friday at 626 Sycamore.

Video games were reported stolen Friday by Hollywood Video at 127 Siemers.

Miscellaneous A Huffy 15-speed bicycle was reported found Friday at 559 N. Sprigg.

A 15-year-old was cited for driving without a license Friday.
