Amy Dawn Obermann, 20, of New Orleans was arrested Thursday for leaving the scene of an accident.

Emanuel Curtis Harris, 1432 Howell, was arrested Thursday for failure to appear.

Carly Renae Armstrong, 22, of 308 W. Lorimier was arrested Thursday for assault.

SummonsEthel Jane Brown, 18, of 1013 William was issued a summons for telephone harassment. A 14-year-old was cited to juvenile court in the same case.

Kevin Lloyd Davie, 22, of 2608 Leroy was issued a summons for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

BurglaryCash and a lottery ticket were reported stolen in a burglary at 224 S. Lorimier.

DWIAntonio F. Garcia, 30, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Jan. 4 for driving while intoxicated.

Bonnie K. Bollinger, 44, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Tuesday for driving while intoxicated.

ArrestsJimmy E. Sheppard, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Jan. 4 for failure to appear on a charge of driving while suspended.

Troy L. Davenport, 40, of Portageville, Mo., was arrested Monday for failure to appear on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Jami L. Abernathy, 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Tuesday for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use and failure to drive on the right half of the road.

William E. Corley, 31, of Jackson, Mo., was arrested Wednesday for two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The following individuals were transported to the Missouri Department of Corrections:Ronald L. Connor, 50, Cape Girardeau, on parole return; Anne E. Schrader, 44, Cape Girardeau, to serve seven years for stealing.
