DWI A person was placed in custody Friday pending the filing of formal charges for driving while intoxicated, failure to yield and driving with a revoked license.

Trevor P. Jung, 22, of 136 S. Lorimier, Apt. 6, was arrested Friday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests Toyla S. Sneed, 20, of 333 N. Fountain, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of fraudulent use of a credit device.

Tammy M. Glore, 24, and David W. Winn, 34, both of Rt. 1, Box 535, Jonesboro, Ill., were arrested Thursday on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arthur D. Williams, 20, of 27758 U.S. Highway 61, Scott City, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Karen A. Dodds, 46, of 403 S. Hanover, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

Gary D. Abernathy, 39, of 1214 Meadow Brook, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Butler County warrant for failure to appear.

Summonses

Roxana L. Coleman of 404 Fitzgerald, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Thursday for failure to yield to traffic.

Iris M. Nanney of Route 2, Box 784, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Thursday for no proof of insurance and following another vehicle too closely.

Cynthia D. Jackson of 1852 Rampart, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Thursday for failure to yield.

Jamie N. Lamburth of 615 Cordova, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Thursday for operating a motor vehicle with expired registration.

Assault

Randall J. Hanstein, 22, of 601 North Street, Apt. 4, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Friday on suspicion of assault.

Thefts

Prescription medication was reported stolen Thursday at 11 S. Kingshighway.

An ATM card was reported stolen Thursday at 920 Lexington Ave.

A video game console, a CD player, a VCR, a receiver and miscellaneous items were reported stolen Thursday at 1115 Frederick.

A check was reported stolen Thursday at 508 Cape Meadows.

A cell phone was reported stolen Thursday at 820 N. Sprigg.

A sign was reported stolen Thursday at 1581 Lexington Ave.

Six 16-year-old males were cited to juvenile court Friday for attempted stealing and curfew violation.

Cash was reported stolen Friday at 3439 William.

A video game console, a game and DVDs were reported stolen Friday at 520 Broadway.

Gasoline was reported stolen Friday by Don's Store at 341 S. Sprigg.Burglary

Cash was reported stolen Friday in a burglary at Dalhousie Golf Club at 5670 County Road 205.

Miscellaneous Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported Thursday at 1112 Broadview.

Tampering was reported Thursday at 3111 Dogwood.

Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported Friday at 1610 N. Kingshighway and 407 Morgan Oak.

A counterfeit traveler's check was reported Friday by McDonald's restaurant at 1925 Broadway.

Arrest

Kevin S. Morgan, 43, of 708 Hillcrest Drive, Perryville, Mo., was arrested Thursday on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

Summons

Janet Glosemeyer, 18, of 1569 Parksite, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Friday for driving without a valid license.

Miscellaneous

Property damage was reported Thursday in the 1300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

A gun was reported found Thursday in the 100 block of East Main Street.

Failure to return property was reported Thursday in the 100 block of South Hope Street.

A domestic dispute was reported Thursday in the 2000 block of Old Toll Road.

Harassment was reported Friday in the 1100 block of K Land Drive.
