The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI Francine A. Pierce, 56, of 2 N. Fountain, Apt. 4, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Thursday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and making an improper turn.
Arrests Edwina C. Bible, 43, of 150 S. Lorimier, Apt. 2, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear.
Brian K. Vogel, 36, of 401 S. Pacific, Apt. 7, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
Nancy E. Merchant, 18, of 333 W. Parker, Chaffee, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on a Pevely, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.
Andrew L. Cole, 25, of Rural Route 1, Box 202, Thebes, Ill., was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for driving while intoxicated and possession of drug paraphernalia and a controlled substance.
Gary G. White, 42, of Rural Route 1, Box 196C, Thebes, Ill., was arrested Wednesday on suspicioon of trespassing.
Brenda J. Mitchell, 43, of 1232 W. Jackson Blvd., Jackson, was arrested Thursday on a warrant for parole violation.
Thefts Cash was reported stolen Wednesday by St. Francis Medical Center at 211 St. Francis Drive.
Prescription medication was reported stolen Wednesday at 3049 William.
A handgun was reported stolen Wednesday at 2613 Perryville.
Liquor was reported stolen Wednesday by Rhodes 101 at 1008 N. Kingshighway. Amy N. Withrow, 20, of 1137 W. Cape Rock, Cape Girardeau, and Ryan T. Voszler, 22, of 3115 Kage Road, Cape Girardeau, received summonses for stealing in connection with the complaint.
Property Damage Park grounds were reported damaged Thursday by the city of Cape Girardeau at 1900 Perryville.
Miscellaneous Forgery was reported Wednesday at 319 N. Frederick.
