The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests Nicholas B. Davis, 20, of 4407 Cartee Road, Farmington, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of failing to stop at a flashing red light.
Corrine E. Mack of 104 School St., Sikeston, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of stealing.
David R. Lester, 32, of 1115 S. Ellis, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday for prohibited noises.
Robert E. Jackson, 36, of 518 S. Ellis, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday for prohibited noises.
Angela M. Brown, 24, of 201 S. Lorimier, Apt. A., Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday for prohibited noises.
Angela D. Spears, 32, of 13 N. Fountain, Cape Girardeau was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear and contempt of court.
Theresa R. Blanchard, 55, of 329 Albert, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to pay fines and failure to appear.
Summons
Bruce A. McClard, 53, of 6654 County Road 439, Jackson, received a summons Wednesday for failure to maintain property free of weeds.
Theft
Gasoline was reported stolen by Kidds II at 103 N. Kingshighway.Burglary
Cash was reported stolen Tuesday in a burglary at Taco Johns at 111 N. Kingshighway.

Thursday, Sept. 4
Miscellaneous Theft was reported Tuesday at the 1800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
Theft was reported Tuesday at the 2000 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
Forgery was reported Tuesday at the 2800 block of South Old Orchard Road.
A child custody dispute was reported Tuesday at the 600 block of North Hope.
Harassment was reported Tuesday at the 800 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
Property damage was reported Tuesday on Shawnee Avenue.
