The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Joey D. Weaver, 18, of 2545 Hilltop Lane, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Jennifer S. Bess, 34, no address given, was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

Bruce L. Colyott, 52, of 715 S. Sprigg, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on suspicion of resisting arrest and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

Cortez D. Bell, 26, of 541 S. Ellis, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for resisting arrest and assault.

Kimberly K. Maskus, 22, of 7 S. Spanish, Apt. B, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.

Summonses Donald W. Holcomb, 46, of 1807 N. Main, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Thursday for failure to display a city dog license.

Tracy D. Medley, 35, of 1915 Good Hope, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Thursday for supplying alcohol to a minor.

Elizabeth A. Trankler, 25, of 623 Perry Ave., Cape Girardeau, received a summons Thursday for supplying alcohol to a minor.

Stephen J. Depyper, 25, of 202 S. Pacific, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Friday for supplying alcohol to a minor.

Thefts Checks and a keyless entry remote reported stolen Thursday at 205 Hazel.

Missouri license plates bearing 808-TCN were reported stolen Thursday at 319 Park.

A watch was reported stolen Friday at 2240 William.

Burglaries A burglary was reported Thursday at 211 S. Hanover. A sink, glass globe, wine rack door locks and security sensor were reported taken.

A burglary was reported Thursday at 534 N. Fountain. Nothing was reported taken.

Property Damage A mailbox and post were reported damaged Thursday at 1515 Bertling.

A mailbox was reported damaged Thursday at 1529 Bertling.

A vehicle was reported damaged Friday at the 800 block of Broadway.

Miscellaneous Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported Thursday at 1546 Dunklin.

Knowingly burning was reported Thursday at the 500 block of N. Fountain.
