The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs Michael D. Pickard, 29, of 417 Marie, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Brian A. Mueller of 5653 Nantasket Court, St. Louis, Mo., was arrested Friday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests Rachel C. King, 19, no address given, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of driving without a license.

Weldon B. Bryant, 47, of P.O. Box 28, Fairdealing, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

Emmanuel C. Harris Sr., 23, of 338 E. Cape Rock Drive, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

Kelly R. Church, 28, of Pacific Street, Delta, was arrested Thursday on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.

Aaron L. Wiggins, 21, of 518 S. Ellis, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Scott County warrant for distribution of a controlled substance.

Lee C. Rulo, 18, of 801 N. Main, No. 520, Perryville, Mo., was arrested Thursday on a Scott County warrant for contempt of court.

Keisha N. McGee, 21, of 734 Matthews, Sikeston, Mo., was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

Rozell Edwards, 43, of 1112 Cape Hills Drive, Apt. 4, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.

Timothy A. Lanning, 27, of 1384 County Road 389, Whitewater, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for driving while suspended and failure to register.

Thefts Cash, a cell phone and a Missouri driver's license were reported stolen Thursday at 820 N. Sprigg.

A bicycle was reported stolen Thursday at 1606 Good Hope.

A backpack was reported stolen Thursday at 331 S. Lorimier.

Two cell phones and a purse were reported stolen and a vehicle damaged Thursday at 2154 William.

Miscellaneous

Telephone harassment was reported Thursday at 1408 S. West End Blvd.
