Arrests

  • A 15-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for assault.
  • A subject is in custody pending charges for domestic assault and property damage.
  • Marquita S. Williams, 18, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for stealing.
  • Curtis D. Gilmore Jr., 20, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for assault.

Summonses

  • Bruce A. McClard, 57, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of weeds.
  • Timothy M. Riordan, 20, of 143 S. Henderson Ave., and Bradley G. Robey, 30, of Jackson were issued summonses for peace disturbance.
  • A 14-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for violation of curfew.

Thefts

  • A flat-bed trailer was reported stolen at 429 Optimist Hill Drive.
  • A purse was reported stolen at 120 N. Main St.
  • A gazing ball and concrete stand were reported stolen at 1427 N. West End Blvd.
  • A political sign was reported stolen at 308 Westfield Drive.

Property damage

  • A gas tank was reported damaged at 1491 Minnesota Ave.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Thefts

  • A theft was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
  • A theft was reported in the 1700 block of Mulberry Street.
  • A theft was reported in the 1100 block of Clark Street.

Property damage

  • Property damage was reported in the 600 block of East Jefferson Street.
