  • Kevin M. Cox, 26, of 605 Minnesota Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for suspended operator's license.
  • Karen D. Stevenson, 38, 1408 Bessie St., was arrested on suspicion of property damage.
  • James C. Evitts, 29, of 408 N. Louisiana Ave., was arrested on a Union, Mo., warrant for statutory rape.
  • A 13-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on a warrant.
  • Angela M. Wilburn, 30, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to appear for no valid operator's license.

Summonses

  • Beverly N. Jones, 45, 132 S. Hanover St., was issued a summons for prohibited acts.
  • Tonya L. Jones, 30, 132 S. Hanover St., was issued a summons for prohibited acts.

Thefts

  • Two bicycles were reported stolen at 1208 S. Sprigg St.
  • Garage door openers, furniture and a mirror were reported stolen at 1515 Themis St.
  • KMC Construction, 1459 Thomas Drive, reported the theft of fleet card.

Property damage

  • Knowingly burning was reported at Fountain and North streets.
  • Vehicle damage was reported at 200 West End Blvd.
  • Damage to a front quarter panel on a vehicle was reported at 3439 William St.

  • Jerrica O' Kelly, 19, of Whitewater was arrested on suspicion of inhaling solvents, possession of solvents and driving while suspended.
  • Steven R. Wages, 33, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on an Arnold, Mo., warrant for expired state inspection and expired vehicle license.
  • Christopher A. Mesmer, 22, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.
  • Kenneth T. Campbell Jr., 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault.
  • Devin L. Eastman, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana.
