  • Montez Maurice Baker, 30, 716 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and no operator's license.

  • Herbert S. Williams, 38, 27 N. Ellis St., Apt. 4, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
  • Robert Louis Blackmon, 56, 131 S. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of burglary.
  • Shannon Dewayne James, 38, 621 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest.
  • A 15-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for behavior injurious to self.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing.
  • Joshua Wyatt Stanfill, 17, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing from Wal-Mart.
  • Ronnie Whitby Preyer, 46, 901 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for trespassing and probation violation for property damage.

  • Jason M. Kaiser, 30, 1210 E. Main St., received a state summons for suspicion of third-degree domestic assault.
  • Anthony T. Sample, 30, 1317 Brandom St., was issued a state summons for interference with custody.

  • Ryan L. Knupp, 22, of Jonesboro, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
  • Susan A. Smith, 46, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.
  • Alex W. Hamm, 29, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving while suspended.

  • Walter S. Claar, 33, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for nonsupport, probation/parole violation and being a parole absconder.
